Campus Assistants and Ministry Fellows hone ministry skills under the mentorship of a veteran RUF Campus Minister, cultivate and identify donor partner relationships through fundraising, work towards completing a seminary degree(s) as part of their work, attend a PCA church, and clarify a desire for ordination and future work as a Campus Minister.  The Campus Assistant role is a full-time position with a multi-year duration, and the Ministry Fellow role is a part-time position with a multi-year duration.
