Campus Ministers direct all the elements of a particular RUF ministry.  They get to develop vision for the local RUF, pastor students through fostering intentional one to one ministry, teach the bible in large group and small group avenues, build healthy student ministry groups,  train and equip student ministry leadership, oversee staff teams, develop donor partner relationships, manage ministry matters, and serve/develop presbytery relationships and responsibilities.  

- All campus minister candidates must pass RUF assessment for entry into the interview process as a campus minister.  Assessment should ordinarily be completed 12-18 months prior to employment availability.
